How long after i drink a protein shake should i eat again..?!


Question: How long after i drink a protein shake should i eat again!.!.!?
do i wait the whole 3 hrs will 30g from whey and milk and a banana last that long for me or should i eat 1hr after my shake or what!? just wait till i get hungry!? any reasons on ur suggestion would be goodWww@Answer-Health@Com

After your shake get in a meal with carbs and protein about 1 hour after!. Your bodys gonna need the cals is I wouldn't take much longer than an hour after your shake man!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you already consumed in your meal right then and there almost half of the protein your body will actually use!. turn your weight in pounds and divide it by 2!.2 which is then your weight in kilograms which then you can eat any where from !.7-1 gram of protein per kilogram!. so i'm 180 divide it by 2!.2 and you get 81 which is the proper amount of grams i should be eating only 81!. to build massive muscle its for how hard and how long you work out for!. all extra protein your drink/eat you only filter it out through your kidneys and just pee it out!. any more than 81g is just a waste!. but to answer your question every 3 hours is an alright amount for the protein to be digesting in your system!. every 3 hours of protein is a good way to lose fat and always keep your body running on fullWww@Answer-Health@Com

i drink a shake 3hrs after each meal and eat another meal 2 hrs after each shake!. if you drink your shake IMMEDIATELY after working out (if you work out) i would eat a big meal only an hour after just because your body will be hungrier!.

so if you eat a meal at 10am, then drink a shake at 1pm, then another meal at 3pm!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is no real set time!. I looked at Adrian Peterson's routine and meals and he does 3 protein shakes a day!. 1 is his late night meal
He eats normal food in between!. Nothing magical
I drink my protien right after a workout!. Instead of drinking water I grab that muscle milk lol
