Question: Does the crackers and water diet for one week really work!?
i just wanted to know for sure because this wrestler i know said he needed to lose weight so he just ate crackers and drank water for a week and he dropped about 6 pounds!. I was just wondering if that is even healthy for you or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anyway, make sure you lift weights and eat many meals per day, maybe 4-6 SMALLER meals per day, to boost your metabolism!.!.

Eating water and crackers for a week is bad for you, and will make you lose muscles and lower your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
