Question: I lose weight but i keep looking fatter!?
listen, let's say i eat something at 6 o clock, if i don't eat again and weigh myself at 1 o clock the next day, i always weigh 2 pounds less!. even if i don't work out, i always lose 2 pounds over night!. when i do work out, even rigorously, i never lose any more weight and i often find that i look fatter!.

i looked good today, then i ate and got a bloated appearance!. so instead of not eating like i usually do to get my appearance back to desired, i ran a mile and a half on my treadmill!. all i ate today was a little bit of chicken pam and a bag of m&ms!.

right now i still look totally bloated, my esophagus hurts from running as do my feet!. so i'll ask the question, if my metabolism burns the same when i don't work out as when it does, shouldn't i choose to not eat instead of eating and working out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't answer your question completely so I'll focus on what I've had experience with!. It's best to have your last meal of the day by or before 6pm!. This is because as from that time, your metabolism slows down and it'll take your body about twice as much time to break down the food than it would earlier in the day!. It's not that you shouldn't eat, just try not to eat past 6pm, 7pm latest!. Exercise is always good, even if you don't see the results right away!. I wonder if the bloated look is actually due to the workout you're giving your muscles!. Whatever the reason, I hope this helps!.
