My workout routine.. Is it good?!


Question: My workout routine!.!. Is it good!?
2-4 sets and 8-15 rep for the following!.!.!.!.
pushups
double crunches
squats
dead lifts
shoulder presses
curls
chinups/reverse pushups
bench dips
calf raises
bench press

is this any good!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do more than I do, I just have a set of dumbbells and do a few reps with those everyday!. And the exercise I get at work everyday is enough for me!.

That sounds okay!. But you need to focus on one or two muscle groups a day and then give those groups a rest for 48 hours!. A good way to work out is like this:
Back, Biceps and Legs On Monday and Thursday
Chest, Triceps and Shoulders on Tuesday and Friday
Abs and extra cardio on Wednesday and Sat!.

This is just an example!. But remember do 2 or 3 muscle groups a day and give those groups a rest for 48 hours before you lift them again!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is okay but like your first answer, you need to focus on a muscle group like chest, back, legs, etc!. Most of the routine sounds like it's just for maintenance!. How long have you been doing this routine!? That's how you'll determine if it's really doing anything or not!.

Edit: You shouldn't be in the gym for hours unless your doing cardio in addition to your weight training!. You should focus 35-45 mins on weight training and the same for cardio!. Then you'll get your buff bod too!.!.!.

Edit dos: Then your routine is good for a home gym!. You need to get it down to an hour though!. Two hours is too long!. Perhaps you need lighter weights (*wink*)!. Don't forget that cardio too young jeezy!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
