Question: Can i take whey protein without exercise too much !?
hello !.!. i'm 19 years old !.!. and i'm 156 cm & 43 kilo !.!.

i want to take whey protein every morning before i go to college because i don't have time to eat breakfast !.!. i just need some energy & full stomach until i have time to eat my breakfast after 3 hours & also is walking for more than 30 minuets in college considered a workout !? b/c i had a diet program from whey designer protein that i only have to do 20 minutes a day so what do you think !?

There is a small contradiction in your statement - you want to use a liquid diet in the morning in order to get energy and a full stomach!.

Whey protein will not do this!.

If you are having an issue with time, suggest looking at the following, in this order!.

1!. Get up earlier!. As mentioned above, there is no substitute for a healthy meal!. The energy that you will get from the fruits and complex carbs as well as the full feeling from the real food in your stomach can not be substituted with 8-12 oz of liquid!.

(as a starter)
3 egg whites (you can also use egg beaters for simplicity)
1 yolk
2 oz ground turkey breast (you can precook this)
4 strawberries
1 pc whole grain toast

This should take you about 5 minutes to prepare using egg beaters and precooking you turkey breast!.

2!. If you truly don't have time for a real breakfast, I would suggest Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex blend!. This has both whey and egg proteins which will last longer!. If you decide to go this route, do the following:

(recommend the vanilla flavor as there is more you can do with this)
another starter shake!.!.!.
8 oz water
3/4 level scoop (NOT the recommended 2 rounded)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 med banana (try freezing but peel first)
1 TBS flax seed oil

i think whey protein is good, but u need to exersize and eat like a normal peson along with the protein, the protein is just protein u still need all the other vitamins and be getting enough carbs, u should get up 10 mins earilier and make some breakfast like an omlet of peice of fruit or something healthy for breakfast!. Muscle weighs more than fat, don
