Dont do it!. I know it may seem hard because its 'soo good' and your mates are all doing it , but at the end of the day, do you feel good youve done it!? probably not!.
im not saying that its going to be easy too, if the temptations too much try limiting yourself and eventully just cut it out completly!.

Help you with what!? Just stop doing it!. I really doubt you're an alcoholic at 14, you're probably just addicted to the fun of it and don't want to go out without drinking because you'll be an "outcast"!.
