Question: She thinks shes fat!? what do i do!?
this girl tells me that she thinks that she is fat, ive been TRYING to convince her that she isnt fat but nothing is working!. this all started when a friend of mine said that she was fat, then after that she stopped eating certain meals of the day!. is there anything i can do to help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, that is hard to do!. I am a little overweight and some tell me I am ok but I still feel fat!. try telling her she is looking Better!. that might help!. compliment her and tell her she has color in her face!. find a chart online that shows normal weights!. good luck!. hope she does ok!. weight loss can be dangerous and go the wrong way!.
