Question: Am I weighing in too often!?
I weigh myself 2-5 times a day and if I get a 99-101 I get really mad!. Is this a bad habit forming!? Now I weigh myself before and after I go the bathroom!. Is this really bad!? How do I stop!? Should I throw the scale out the window!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

but don't let your insecurities bother you
heres a list of common things you might not know but i bet you would find it interesting
1!. Only 3!.5 percent of the general american woman population
Appear in magizines, showing off curves and goddessly looks
2!. 6 percent of the woman population commits suicide because they don't look like the woman in the magazines they read that are described as beautiful
3!. With a Obesity highest its ever been, The average woman is under so much pressure that, on a recent study, some women lose about a year of their life simply because of the stress they cause themselves because they don't think they look beautiful
Take those into really good consideration
And also

here are some common stupidities we do everyday
NEVER wiegh yourself after eating, or going the bathroom, or RIGHT after excersive
Because the undigested food adds weight
and when you go to the bathroom
all that digested food comes out completely
so if you wiegh yourself before you eat and after you crap
There could be a massive two pound difference!.
And after you excerisive hard
your body is pumping harder and is filled with lactid acid making you heavier then you actually are
so the scale would lie to you right after you finish excersizing also
And
If you just can't seem to stop
Take a baseball bat to that damn scale

yeah, thats way too often to weight yourself to see results!. results happen in weeks, not hours!. if your mad about your weight, you should be exercising and dieting!. but your weight seems really low!. if you have to get rid of the scale, get rid of it!. but this could start something you dont want like anorexia or bulemia!. catch it earlyWww@Answer-Health@Com
Leah, i did the same thing a yeat ago!. At first, it's hard to stop!. But, sooner or laer, I was able to stop weighing myself all the time!. Anyway, WHAT THE HELL R U THINKING!!!!!!! Yes!. You wont be getting an accurate indication of your weight!. You shouldnt weigh yourself any more than twice per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Once in the morning 3 or 4 times a week is better!. Your weight changes due to water!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
