Would i lose weight ...?!


Question: Would i lose weight !.!.!.!?
would i lose weight if i just ate fruit for a couple days !?
just fruit, like about 8 or 9 a day!. Like 100 calories each !.!.!.
how much weight would you think i'd lose!.!.!. I know this is not very good, but i am only doing this for a little while, for ballet!. Like a week or so, and then i'll go back to my normal healthy diet!.!.!. Plz answer!. Thaankyou !
PS!. PLEASE TRY AND GIVE ME A NUMBER OF HOW MANY POUND ON AVERAGE, I'D LOSE IN A WEEK, THANKS YOU GUYS !

It depends on how thin you already are and how much you normally eat!. The more overweight you have the more pounds you will likely lose in a radical diet!. I guess with only 1000 calories a day you will lose about 4 pounds in a week!. Avoid eating in the evening and drink as much water or tea as possible!. Don't do it longer than a week, because its really not good for your body!. Okay well first let ne start by saying although fruit is healthy, its not the way to go to loose weight!. You need a combination of all types of foods in your diet!. Although fruit is good for you, you will suffer from mal-nutrition!.

You need vitamins and minerals such as iron for blood flow, zinc for !.!.!. many things, calcium for osterporosis prevention, protein for building muscles, carbohydrates for energy and so much more!.

Just eat a balanced diet and combine it with exercising over half an hour a day to acheive healthy weight loss!.

Remember, doctors recommend loosing a maximum of 1kg (about 2 pounds) a week!.

Also take into consideration your weight might not be fat!. Your weight shows the mass of your bones, organs, blood, water, food and fat!. So dont freak out about your weight!. A lot of the time water retention is the culprit!. This is causes by eating excess sodium!. This makes your body retain water, making you feel bloated!.

& also, if you do these crash diets, you will slow down your metabolism, making you un able to eat as much food as you did before you started the diet!. Come on now, do it the healthy way =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
