When they're one in the same, basically!. The only difference is when you don't eat -- you're out of energy!. When you do drugs, you're not eating and you're full of energy!. So what, you just burn copious amounts of calories when you're speeding balls!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well not eating slows your metabolism (the speed at which your body uses its stored nutrients) to a state that your body needs to make your stores last as long as possible!.
so if you are trying to lose weight, eating enough is better than eating none!.
