Question: How can i get a faster metabolism!?

exercise in the mornings, drink cold water with every meal, eat little and often!.

ie
breakfast:
weetabix with fruit
mid morning snack:
couple of digestive biscuits, fruit
lunch:
chicken tomato salad
grilled peppers
mid afternoon snack:
wholewheat crackers and low fat cheese
dinner:
vegetable soup with whole wheat bread
fruit

eat 5 small portions daily and try to eat as much veggies and fruits of diverse colors, they all have diferent nutrients and vitamins in diferent colors!. Drink 2 liter of water daily and exercise!. That's all! I worked for 24 hours fitness!.I know it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
