Workout ideas for the busy mom?!


Question: Workout ideas for the busy mom!?
What would be some good ideas for getting some excersize on a daily basis!? I used to do 45 minutes on the stationary bike, but I am pretty bored with that because it makes me feel like a hamster on the wheel!. Also with my daughter being more active I hardly find 45 minutes to do so!. Usually I do housework when she sleeps!.
Before we moved to where we live now I would go jogging every other day!. But this is not possible where I live now, firstly because it is too hot, secondly because there is no place to run and thirdly because I don't have anyone to watch my daughter, my husband is at work all day!. So going to the gym also doesn't work!.
Do you have any suggestions what I could do to get some exercise !?

I like to do workout videos at home!. Here are a few that i like to do when i have little time but still want a good workout!.
Women's Health total workout in ten!. I like this one cause you can do like ten minutes upper body, ten minutes lower body, 10 min cardio!.
I also really like 30 day shred by Jillian Michael's from the biggest loser!. That is broken down into 3 levels each workout is 20 minutes!. It's a tough dvd but i love it because you get such a good workout from it in just 20 min!. I would go to amazon!.com and search workout dvds!. I own most of the women's health dvds and love them all!.
i don't know how old your daughter is but maybe you could increase some of the activities you guys do together!. Take her to a park and chase her around and play together!. She will burn off some energy and you could burn off some calories!. Maybe you could get a bike with one of those side cart looking things that you hook to the back and take her for bike rides!. Take her to a kiddy land and get in and play with her!. all the climbing and running around will definitely get your heart rate up!. I'm out of ideas for now!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is called circle or elliptical training and it combines cardio and weight training!.

For about 45 min you can do it and go home to your daughter!.
