Answers:
I believe that sugar being added to just about everything that we eat today, has caused the diabetes epidemic!. Why is there sugar in canned oranges, fruit juices, and ketchup!?

Staying away from sugar is extremely easy!. I have done it for almost three years now!. There are many other substitutes for every type of food!. You do have to be informed on where to get these products though!. There are about 5 different cereals that don't have added sugar in them, and off the top of my head I can give you three: Uncle Sam, Wheat n' Bran Squares, and Grape-Nuts!. You can get sugar free organic soy milk to go along with that!. It's better for you than cow's milk is, and has way less break-down of sugar!.

There is also a fantastic, natural, and healing sugar substitute that you can use called Stevia!. You can find this in your health food store for around $17!.00 a bottle!. This bottle will go a loooong way!. One bottle lasts me for over a year because you can use a wet toothpick to measure it for drinks!.

There is chemical sugar in salt!. YES SALT!. Buy only natural sea salt!. The lesser the ingredients in a product, the better! Eating fruits are going to be absolutely fine, and I wouldn't even worry about moderation with these, except for watermelon!. Your body needs the nutrients and fiber from the fruit!. All vegetables are going to be fine except for potatoes!. They break down and react just like sugar in your body!.

There are sugar-free substitutions for just about every single product out there!. If your store does not have them, ask them to carry them for you and they will! My Wal-Mart store now carries Heinz sugar-free ketchup because I asked them to!.

It is hard at first to give up sugar, so stay strong and don't give into the cravings!. You should be feeling much better by the third day!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cutting out all sugar essentially means cutting out carbohydrates, which is one of the three macronutrients!. Carbohydrates are essential to a healthy diet, and cutting them out would do far more harm than good for your body!.

The brain does not function normally without enough glucose!. There are appropriate times to take carbohydrates, carbohydrates are not the enemy if you know what you are doing!.

High GI carbohydrates are fine taken upon awakening and post-workout, while complex low GI should be taken at any other time throughout the day!. A healthy diet is based around 30% carbohydrates!.

Edit: If you cut out all sugar that would mean consuming foods without any carbohydrates!. Weight loss shakes aren't any good for you, they claim to be, but they aren't!.

You want your diet to be based around non-processed foods, this means that they don't have added ingredients and chemicals/preservatives that aren't necessary for the human body!.

To see if a food is processed look at the ingredients!. A non-processed food has only one ingredient, itself!. For example, oatmeal isn't processed, therefore the only ingredient is oats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just cut the processed sugars!. they are just empty calories that won't fill you up, and leave you hungry an hour later!.
fruits are fine in moderation because they have a lot of vitamins and minerals that are good for you and your health!. some fruits are high in fructose, so its best to only eat 2-4 fruits a day!.
try getting fruits low in sugar like raspberries, strawberries and blueberries!.

No, natural sugar in fruits is fine!. Even if you're extremely picky (like OCD picky) about it then you can think of it like: The loss of cutting out fruits and natural sugar far outweighs its benefits!.

Avoid the processed stuff as much as you can thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would say excluding ALL types of sugar wld be best!. Even complex sugars like fructose, maltose, sucrose and galactose will be subsequently digested to form glucose!.!.!. And everyone knows what excessive glucose means: a failed dietWww@Answer-Health@Com
