Question: Are there pills that help you gain weight!?
I see all this advertisement for pills that make you lose!. What about the people less fortunate and cursed with being healthy who want to gain weight!? I've tried the protein shakes before as well as increasing my calorie, carb and fat intake!.!.!.doesn't work!. So!.!.!.are there pills (not vitamins, I take those too and they don't help me gain) that can help you gain weight!.!.!.say 10-15 pounds!?

I'm currently 5'4" and about 112 lbs!. 23 years old but I look like I weigh 100!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Under weight treatment
1) The best way to add weight is to increase your intake of complex carbohydrates, particularly whole grain ones!. Foods like whole wheat bread, muffins, pasta, crackers, and bagels are good to include!. Also, legumes and fruits would be wise choices!.
2) In order to gain weight, you will have to eat more calories!. You will need to include regular exercise and strength training into your lifestyle in order to prevent gaining too much weight as fat!. And, as I mentioned, those extra calories should come mainly from additional carbohydrate!.

In addition to taking protein shakes you need to work out using weights!. because they break the muscle tissue when you workout the muscle will then demand more protein to rebuild!. if you keep breaking it and giving it more protein the muscle tissue will start to grow!.

At 17 i weighed 90 lbs and once i started working out with weights it took my body weight up to 165 lbs in a year!. The only pills that worked for me was amino acids i took them before and after my workouts and they worked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends!. Do you want muscle weight or fat weight!? You probably have a high metabolism!.

I say to try this:

Your BMR is 1,334!.

That means you can burn 1334 calories for just being alive!. My doctor told me to eat 2,000 calories to stay the same weight!. So, I say pig out and eat between 1,834 and 2,400 calories!. Be sure to exercise for a half hour also!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
