How can I give up sweets(junk food)?!
Question: How can I give up sweets(junk food)!?
I've been noticing that for the past few day I've been eating lot more sweets and junk food and it's got me thinking maybe I should stop eating sweets seeing as it's all fats and other things I you don't really need!.The only thing is I have a major sweet tooth I love cookies,candy,chocolate!.My question is How can I give up sweets and what do you recommend!?Also have you tired to give up sweets and did you succeed!?Thanks in advance Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try fresh fruit!.Real fruit has natural sugars that aren't bad for you and you can also try dried fruit it's sweeter than fresh fruit!.

I had a major jones for sweets too a few years back!. It's kinda stupid, but here's what I did !.!.!.
I heard a story on "habits"!. Some scientists were trying to find out exactly when a habit is created!. They determined that if you can do something for just 21 days, it will become habit!.
So, I tried to quit sweets for 21 days!. I messed up after 3 days!. So, I just tried to beat the 3-day mark and work my way up to 21 days!. It worked!. I still had a craving now and then for sweets, but it was much easier to deal with and the cravings went away much faster!.
Now, I hardly eat sweets!. I just don't think about them much anymore!. If you can get past that 3-day thing, you are golden !.!.!.
