Why does everyone say that i look weak n skinny?!


Question: Why does everyone say that i look weak n skinny!?
i am 5'6"(167 cm)!.!. 53kg{117 lbs)!.!. actually i was quite heavy about 9 months back!.!. n have lost like 20-25 pounds!.!. i still want to lose more as i can still pinch a lot of fat on my body!.!. my measurements are 35-29-37!.!. thts not skinny right!?!? then why do people say i look weak!?!?
i really eat healthy!.!. have veggies n fruits!.!. i also eat omega 3 capsules( good or skin, hair, memory)!.!.

You sound so similar to me!.!.!.!.I am 5'5" and weigh 116!. Over the past 6 months, I've dropped 20 lbs, and I feel great!. Question: Are the people who make the comments, people who knew you before the weight loss!? If yes, then they are likely commenting that you look skinny, and suggesting that you gain a few lbs because they know the before & after!. Some people just say what they think, not realizing that it might offend you!.

Your measurements don't reflect an unhealthy weight!. As long as you are eating an adequate amount of calories and getting a healthy mix of protein and carbs, you shouldn't worry!. Don't starve yourself, remember, you can eat as much as you want, as long as you're eating the right foods! I eat 5-6 small meals a day, keeping my metabolism moving, which has trained my body to be more efficient!. It sounds like you are eating healthy too!.
As far as loosing more weight, I'd be cautious!. You've already lost quite a bit and you probably look great!. At this point, you might want to just work on building muscle tone!. There's a difference between dropping pounds and toning your body!. You can achieve a toned body weather you go to a gym or work out at home!.

your underweight ! u need to be at least 140 lbs ! eat at least 2500 cals a day!. Muscle weighs more than fat, don
