Need to lose those extra pounds..?!


Question: Need to lose those extra pounds!.!.!?
I just lost 50 lbs over the last six months dieting & exercising!. I have gone from 185 to 135!. But I would like to lose another 15-20 lbs but what I am doing now is just maintaning it's not making me lose any more!. Now I run at least a mile everyday, and eat fruits & veggies during the day & a sensible dinner!. Any suggestions!? Also any tummy exercises that really work!? I've had 2 c-sections!.
