Why have I been eating so much lately?!


Question: Why have I been eating so much lately!?
Okay, before September, I used to not eat a lot!. I'd eat a little bit of cereal for breakfast, skip lunch and eat a small dinner, because I'd get full really quickly!. Now lately, I've been eating a ton of food including ice cream and crappy sugary foods like that! Yuck!. And I used to never eat ice cream!. I haven't gained an ounce, but what's going on!? Why am I so hungry all of the time and how can I go back to eating small amounts of food!?

Well theres 2 things that can be going on with your body, sometimes one day if you eat so much your stomach gets use to it, and your stomach develops a more of a tolerance for you to eat food, and that makes your inner stomach grow for my hunger, and thats why you eat more often!. That's the first thing, second thing it could be you just got off your period, before you get your period, you tend to crave for more food, then usual!. I would say preference number 2 is the cause of why your so hungry!. Oh and if you haven't gained weight you probably have a fast metabolism!. Hope this helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe a baby in the oven!? If not, then you are eating too much junk food!. Your body sometimes becomes addicted to the sugar and might make you feel hungry when you're really not!. If thats the case, I'd suggest eating small portions every 3hrs of health food: fruit, veggies, oatmeal, yogurt!. Cut out the junk food!. I personally treat myself to junk once/week only!. The rest of the week I eat turkey, ham sandwiches, wheat breat, fruits, cereals, veggies, lots of fluids, soup, salad, etc!. Skipping meals makes it worse because you get hungrier and at the end of the day you're gonna wanna scarf down something big!. Its better to eat every 2-3 hrs, but stick to fruit or veggies!.

Constant exercise will help you forget about food as well!. Try exercising daily for 3 weeks straight, then you can cut down to 3-4 times/week!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree!. Since you haven't gained any weight you are most likely having a growth spurt!. There is no way to go back, just wait until you have finished the spurt and your eating habits will return to normal :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

How old are you!? It could be a number of things!. Your period is about come or your body is telling you it needs more food to produce more energy!. Have your activites increased!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
