Ok i don't know how you wnat me to approach this but let me try for you !. 1 g of fat is 9 cal ,1 g of carbs(sugar) is 4 cals, 1 g of protein is 4 cal !. If you cut some carbs yes it will cut calories and lower calories and excersize equal weight loss !. However it is more effecient to cut fats instead of carbs !. Fat provides more calories per gram , are usually empty calories and fat redily converts to fat inside of your bodies cells( carbs use energy just to store themselves in you body) !. Carbs are also necessary for major functions of the body , brain and heart !. Unless you are completely out of control on the carbs i would stick with cutting fat and excersizeWww@Answer-Health@Com

cutting carbs along with moderate excercise makes a lot of difference!. Just don't stop eating carbs at all, your body needs them too, a high protien, low-fat, low-carb diet with moderate excercise can work wonders for you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you will loose a lot of weight, but once you start eating the carbs again, all your weight comes back pretty quickly, its crazy!.
