Question: What is the best way to put on weight !?
im a 20 year old male and im a pretty skinny dude whats the best way to put on some weight i have tried working out that really did not help, i tried some protein shakes that did not help either is some ways some can tell me to help me anything will be appericated Www@Answer-Health@Com

Two things: Your exercise and your diet
1!. You need to do exercises that are specifically designed to pack on muscle!. I recommend three days a week full body workout routines, with mainly compound exercises (focus on more than one joint-thing bench press, not curl), and keep everything withing the 10-15 repetition range!. More than that is too easy, less than that will start focusing your body more on pure strength gain, less on bulking up!.

2!. Protein mania! Before and after you work out are fundamental, but most certainly lots of protein with each and every meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to spend more time in the kitchen and do reverse dieting!. That is whatever those who are trying to reduce their weight do - do the opposite thing!. Sometimes it is due to heredity and I think it is better that you consult with a nutritionist because you don't want to eat so much unhealthy food too!. I think the best is to eat a lot of protein and spend more time in weightlifting to build your muscles!. This way you are increasing body mass in a healthy and safe way!.
