Question: Is this OKAY to do when trying to lose weight!? - 1 0 p o i n t s ,!?
I just started exercising for the past week and eating healthy for the last 2 weeks!.!.

I was just wondering if its OKAY to have some sort of junk food once in a while like once a week or so!?
like today I had the BIIIIGGESTT craving for a poutine, instead of getting a large I got a small and only had a few!.


And also are there any type of "junk foods" that aren't that bad to eat when trying to lose weight!?

if you have any junk food, make it sparingly and plan for it!. i know that planning for junk food sounds weird, but the key to losing weight is knowing what you are taking in!. when you start cutting out some of the junk, it has to be permanent!. i believe in lifestyle changes, not diets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
