Question: Coke or Diet Coke!?!.!.!.!?
im so damn confused, some people tells me that coke is bad but diet coke is better!.
others tells me diet coke is as bad as ordinary coke!.!.!.
what!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
and online i dont know what or who to believe or what source is telling 100% true!?

can someone please help me with 100% knowledge on this one!?

isnt it better to drink diet coke instead of ordinary coke!?

isnt it fewer calories in diet coke!?

or what website has 100% true knowledge!?

The problem with most Diet Cokes is that they contain the artificial sweetener Aspartame (Some Diet Coke is made with Splenda instead)!.

There have been some studies finding that Aspartame is a multi potential toxin and possibly a carcinogen!. The methyl ester component of Aspartame is metabolized to methanol, which in turn is broken down into formic acid and formaldehyde!. Methanol can lead to serious eye problems; formic acid and formaldehyde are potent carcinogens!. Many people have found a connection between the ingestion of Aspartame with symptoms such as memory loss, headaches, and more pronounced problems including diabetes and brain tumors!. But the most serious reasonably established problem with Aspartame is that one study has found that Aspartame decreases evoked extra cellular dopamine levels in rat brains!.

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter, that is, a chemical that nerve cells release that aid in the transmission of nerve impulses to muscles and organs!. The lack of dopamine affects all nerve functions, from walking to chewing, to breathing!. The basic "cause" of Parkinson's disease is the lack of dopamine, and the basic treatment for Parkinson's for more than 50 years has been the administering of dopa drugs, such as L-Dopa, which crosses the blood-brain barrier and restores some of the missing dopamine!.

The lack of dopamine, as in Parkinson's, first manifests as a slowing in voluntary movement and difficulty in basic muscular functions, including hand and finger manipulation, walking, turning, etc!., and as it progresses, effects speech, swallowing, and breathing!.

It will be interesting to see the follow-up to the "rat-brain" study, in several aspects:

1!. Can the results be duplicated thus verifying the conclusions from the scientists and students of Muskingum College;

2!. Will there ever be human studies that produce similar findings in people;

3!. If so, will this result in either the banning of Aspartame, or at least the recommendation that Parkinson's sufferers stay away from it;

4!. Will further studies investigate whether something in Aspartame, that people have been exposed to and have ingested for many years (from before Aspartame was first marketed) that has contributed to loss of dopamine and possibly the development of Parkinson's;

5!. Will anything really develop in this regard, given the fact the all of the earlier studies associating Aspartame with brain tumors, lymphoma, leukemia, fibromyalgia, etc!., have either not been taken seriously by the medical science establishment or have been banished to the circular file by big business and lobbyist money, or is that because the studies deserved no more consideration than they have been given due to their questionable starting points of the ingestion of unreasonably large amounts of the subject products!. Thus has certainly been the criticism of studies of Splenda, and a earlier saccharin studies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The PH of any soda is 2!.8-3!.5!. This means that Soda is acidic!.

The PH of your blood is constantly maintained at 7!.35 - 7!.45!.

Get outside of that range and you die!.

So when you drink Soda Pop your body has to neutralize this acid!. And it does it with Calcium!. Drink one or two and your body can probably handle it!. Drink more and the burden increases!. Then your body will be required to find additional resources of calcium!. It does this by first going to your bones and teeth!.!.!. because that is the easiest place!.

There is ZERO benefit to drinking Soda!.!.!. any soda!. Get your liquid from Water and Real Fruit juices and the foods you eat!.

So you are not going to find an answer as to which one is "better" for you because both are Bad !.!.!. very bad, for reasons you have not considered and will not understand until you do the homework for yourself!.

diet coke has less calories, but coke has just calories and doesn thas the ingredients that diet coke has!.!.if you have just a soda or two once in a while, then diet coke is better, but if you love it and you constently have it then coke becasue if you drink to much diet coeky uo could become very sick becasue of the ingredients and the chemcials they have in it to make it "diet"Www@Answer-Health@Com

Less calories!.!.!. sure they are!.!.!.!. BUT they have a ton of sodium and they pack in the artificial sweeteners!.

Why not grab and ice tea instead!? Or, you could get something like Propel if you're looking for something to drink with a little taste to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to diet, or even be healthy, try NO COKE!.

ive known people who have completely healthy diets and exersize regularly but havent lost weight because of fizzy drinks!.

fizzy drinks are a major cause of weight gain that no one suspects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Kind of a no brainer that diet coke has less calories, but soft drinks are typically not a good thing to drink all the time!. Coke can be pretty harsh on the belly for some folks, probably that phosphoric acid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess diet coke is better for you because it has zero calories, but neither are good for you!. You should switch to water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't drink ANY Soda!.!.!.they are pure poison!.!.!.no nutritional value whatsoever!. Heck, even hard liquor has more health benefits than sodas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
