What should my Diet & Workout be?!

Question: What should my Diet & Workout be!?
I'm 6'1 with a slender frame!. I have a little flub around my stomach and chest and my muscles aren't very big!.

Basically, I want to look good with my shirt off (solid chest, doesn't have to be peks, and a decent set of abs and toned biceps), you know, lean like Brad Pitt in Fight Club!.

I also know I can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time!. What should I do over the course of the next 8 weeks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
As long as your body fat percentage is low, you are in the right stage to begin building muscle!. Pushups are good for building pecs!. Crunches are good for abs!. Pullups are excellent for lats if you want "wings"!. All of these exercises you can do at home and purchase cheap dumbells and weights to enhance the exercises!.

Protein is key for you to build muscle!. Make sure you are intaking 1g of protein for each pound you weigh and be sure to spread the intake over 5 to 6 meals since the body is not good at storing protein and you are constantly feeding your muscle!.

If you begin to not get sore after your normal routine, you may need to adjust your workout routine!. The soreness is a good sign you are challenging your body, just don't over do it so you end up hurt!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The above answers are probably good, since you'll need to find something tailored to your life and your goals!. I think you should pick a workout that combines "cardio" with muscle-building exercises!. The muscle you build will burn fat, even when you are resting!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
