Question: How do you get rid of belly fat without having to go to the gym!?
i want to get rid of my belly!! And i cannot do a 30 minute workout everyday!. Im looking for something that will have RESULTS and i can do in under 10 minutes a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm, tough one!. Here is what I would do with the 10 minutes !.!.!.

The fastest way to get rid of body fat is through increased muscle mass!. (Not bulking up, just defining)!. Some of the largest muscles are in your legs, so try this !.!.!.

3 minutes of slow squats
3 minutes of inclined walking (stair stepping)
3 minutes of slow lunges
1 minute of stretching - full body

*Use wrist/ankle weights for faster results

Diet: If you want to go "strict", eat only fruits, vegetables, grain, lean meat, and water!.

If you want to go "not-so-strict", eat a lean meat like chicken or fish at the beginning of each meal!. Dump the sugary drinks and sweets during the week, cheat on the weekend!.

actually i was surprised when i had found out this actually worked i sent this link to my friend jokingly because he complains about his weight all the time well it actually turned out to work!. the only way to get results, unfortunately, is diet and exercise!. if you can't commit to that, then get use to the belly fat!. if you can't do 30 mins!. all at once, then do 3-10 min workouts!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
