Question: Need to lose 10 lbs!!!!?
Hi, I've been counting calories, exercising and strength training for a couple of months and I was on the Atkins diet for a while, but I have never been able to get below a 130 lbs, I am 16 and 5'2, any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

a!. You're too young - you still have 'puppy fat' and your body hasn't developed yet!.
b!. You're well within the average weight for your height (your BMI is 21!.5, anything between 18!.5 and 24!.5 is average)!.

The best thing to do at your age is just worry about being healthy!. Eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, do 30 minutes of light - moderate exercise a day and drink lots of water!. I'm 16 too, so trust me hah!. When you're a bit older you can worry about dieting, but for now it might do more harm than good!. Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

What I did to lose weight was I really watched what I ate I would eat only 3 meals a day and before 8pm!. I mostly drank green tea, cranberry/grapefruit juice, and water!. I would exercise in the morning and afternoon for about an 1 hour!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

u r ok don't loose it any more at the moment!. as u have already taken Atkins diet plan!. just relax and try to maintain this weight for another few months!. i think after 6 months take Atkins again to reduce some lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
