Can i lose 62 pounds by the beginning of next september?!


Question: Can i lose 62 pounds by the beginning of next september!?
if i drink a lot of water and exercise at least 5 times a week for an hour!? today i drank 70- something fluid ounces of water but i don't know if i can do that every day!. 4 water bottles and cups of water!. and if i cut down on food!? i want to lose 62 pounds by the beginning of next september in time for school to start so i can be thin for senior year!.!.!. and any suggestions besides drinking plenty of water, exercising, and eating less and healthier!? i already made goals so don't say that either!. (oh and my exercise varies between the elliptical, the exercise bike, core rhythms, leg lifts, walking, jogging, dancing, and aerobics) i change it up a lot!. plus wii fit :] help please!. suggestions for will powerWww@Answer-Health@Com

you seem to have it pretty much figured out which is great! my mom kept a picture of herself when she was thinner on the fridge as Inspiration!. having an exercise buddy is also helpful!. some people find keeping some sort of journal to record their progress encouraging too!.
