Question: When does it!?!?!?!?!?when I!?
so!. I have been doing very well with my exercise/meal plan!. I have been following it every day

but when I lose fat and gain muscle!.!.!.will I gain a few lbs at first, then lose!?

Well yes!. Muscle weighs more than fat so while you can be gaining weight on the scale, your body will become more toned and you will have less body fat!. your metabolism will speed up with more muscle though so it will be easier for you to lose weight! Just stick with it!. Your better off using body measurements to track weight loss because the scales can be very fickle!.
