Hello! To lose belly fat you could make exercises in the stability ball (crunches, lifting the ball, moving it from side to side, etc!.)!. You could also do aerobics, push-ups or other exercises that really make you sweat!. They all work because I used to have a big belly and by doing them my stomach got flat!. You should eat healthy foods (vegetables, poultry, fish, fruits, cheese, eggs, etc) and skip candies or sugary snacks!. Many people think that meat, eggs and cheese will make you fat but that's not true!. What makes you fat are sugary stuff because they make you crave more food!
