What is wrong with my work out?!

Question: What is wrong with my work out!?
I jog and jump rope 45-60 minutes a day, and intensly!.
I get tired, of course, but after 5 minutes, I am completely recovered!.
No tiredness, no soreness, like if I haven't done anything!

Is it something I am doing wrong!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I jump rope 30 min/day and fully recovered after a brief break as well!. After a workout you get an endorphin rush which makes all the pain and fatigue disappear for a few hours!. After that you'll begin to feel tired and sore, maybe even the next morning!. Your body is also conditioned to that workout, so you might want to up the intensity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nope you're not doing anything wrong, that's a good way to stay in shape! It's normal to feel tired after exercise especially after 45-60minutes!.
I suggest you take a little break in between, just to be on the safe side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to kick up a tired workout add weights!. you can get some awesome wrist and ankle weights!. or use 2 bottles of water, one in each hand!. But weights are better because you can keep adding more as you get use to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could just be that your body is familiar with this workout and those muscles are developed, so they don't need to work as hard to complete the workout!.

Try varying your cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are used to it by now!.!.!. increase the workload if you want improvement in your physical condition!.!. if you're happy with where you are, then keeping this routine is your optionWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're doing everything rightWww@Answer-Health@Com
