Why my muscles aren't sore..?!


Question: Why my muscles aren't sore!.!.!?
I bench press everyday, and eat a lot of protein!.!.!.is this why i don't sore up!? Also is it bad that i do this, bench press everyday, because some people have told me that i shouldn't lift weights everyday, and others tell me to do it but to eat a lot of protein and protein shakes!.!.!.what should i do!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are bench pressing every day, consuming high protein, and aren't sore - you aren't lifting heavy enough weights!. You should be working each muscle group 1 - 3 times a week at most (unless you're on steroids)!.

If you are looking to gain muscle and strength, opt to get tired at 4 - 8 reps, 3 sets!.

If you are looking to gain endurance and strength, opt to get tired at 8 - 12 reps, 3 sets!.

If you are only looking to gain lean muscle and endurance, opt to get tired at 12 - 18 reps, 3 sets!.

The key here is to always lift until you almost physically can't lift anymore, no matter how hard you try!. That is the point where your muscles are completely fatigued and have to repair themselves!. It's good that you are eating protein, keep it up and if you touch up your routine you'll definately feel and see improvements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
