Question: I really want to get huge (muscular)!?
so how long would it take to get as big as somebody as lets say, Kane the WWE wrestler, saying your genes are about average as far as putting muscle on, i am 6 foot 8 and 350 lbs, (but im not like obese, you would never describe me as fat if you saw me) what would be a good work out and how many days a week, how intense, what should my diet be etc!. if you could help that would make my life lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

To put on mass, you should perform exercises like squats, bench press, lunges, deadlift, and other compound exercises!. Make sure you're eating enough complex carbohydrates (whole wheat bread, potatoes, whole grain cereal, beans, rice, oatmeal, etc!.!.!.) and good lean protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
