Can you rate the workout routine I'm using?!


Question: Can you rate the workout routine I'm using!?
I cycle through this list until my 30 minutes is up so I do them twice since they are a minute each (I'll do 60 later, once I can breeze through the 30 minutes a little easier) The jumping jacks throughout are like taking a light break while keeping the heart rate up before you move on to the heavier stuff!.

Hip Ups
Criss Cross
Swimming
Squat Thrust
Jumping Jacks
Push Ups
Side Leg Lifts
Corkscrew
Mountain Climbers
Jumping Jacks
Squat Jumps
Side Leg Circles
Front Plank

Would this be considered light or heavy cardio!? If it's light, then wow I must really be out of shape haha!.!.!.

I do this every other day since my schedule can't fit in the "2 muscle groups this day, 2 on the other"!.

It is giving me results though!.!.!.not losing much weight, but can definitely see the muscle growing (especially in the arms)!. The hard sore the next day means it has to be working right!? Any tips!? thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is very intense cardio!. You are doing very well if you can do that circuit for 30 minutes!. You will not gain much muscle doing it but you will definitely see a drop in heart rate and blood pressure, drop in body fat, increase in lean muscle mass resulting in increased metabolism and overall, you will be healthier!.
