What type of conditioning or exercises do you recommend?!


Question: What type of conditioning or exercises do you recommend!?
I am 18 years of age and i am planning on applying for the Orlando Police Department or the Sheriffs Department when I am 21!. I want to condition and prepare my body now so when the academy strolls through I am ready!. Also, I am close to 210lbs and 5'11 almost to six feet!. I need to know from someone's past experiences and what to do NOW, apart from the physical aspect, that will make me stand out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Basically, get into the best shape of your life!. Do crunches, push ups and chin-ups, all of which work together to strengthen your major muscle groups!. Eat as healthy as possible!. For cardio, do interval training (3 minutes of running, a minute of sprinting, then back to running, etc!.) which maximizes the cardio benefit!. That'll increase your stamina and overall health!. Any of the matial arts would benefit you mentally, spiritually and physically!. These skills would serve you well when you apply as these are the qualities they look for and even if you change directions in the next 3 years you will have that confidence and focus you developed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
