I would hit them hard just once!. See how that goes!. Some people do a heavy workout and then 3-4 days later do a little workout with higher reps!.

Surely you are working out other muscles as well!. Why are you just asking about biceps!? If you are trying to make your arms bigger or stronger, then you should actually be worried more about your triceps!. Those are larger muscles than the biceps, hence the name!. Anyway, it depends on if you're going for bulk or tone, and it also depends on your endurance level and your current fitness level!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Break up each muscle group to give it its own day!. This way, you can focus on it completely!. There's nothing wrong with working out each muscle group once per week for a total of 6 gym days!.

depends what you want to do!.
if you want to make muscle, do the high weight low repititions every other day!. That way your bicep tissue has time to recouperate!.
But if you want to tone!. Do the low weight high rep every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
