Been working out not losing!?!


Question: Been working out not losing!!?
I have been working out 4-5 x a wk for an hour for a month!. I have slightly increased my weights and reps!. I was just doing cardio up until a month ago and knew I needed more than that, so I joined a gym!. I am eating right and limit carbs(only healthy ones)
I havent lost a lbs yet, what gives!? No I am not starving myself either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle does not weigh more that fat!. Its more dense!. But are you getting smaller!. If you are then you are gaining muscle!. It is possible to gain muscle and fat!. It could be your diet!. I would continue your cardio and re-examine the amount you eat!. Vegetables are healthy but it is possible to gain weight eating healthy foods!. Measure your food!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, how much do you weigh!? If you are not overweight, please, don't try to lose any more!.

Plus you have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat!.

You may not lose much weight by working out!. The indication of your progress should be your clothing size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remeber, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are adding muscle, the muscle weight might be replacing the fat weight!. How do your clothes fit!? Are they looser on you!? that's how I judge my fitness, on how my clothes fit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

u prob need to change ur exercise routine everyday!. plus only workout 3 times a day that way ur body doesnt get used to working out!. keep eating healthy soon you'll see results trust me=) Www@Answer-Health@Com
