Question: How often should I workout to see results (see description)!?
I'm a 15 year old female I weigh 120 pounds
I don't want to loose any weight I just want to be more fit, (be able to run longer) and get my legs into shape!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

To maintain weight, eat normally and don't cut back!. Work five days a week with 2 off!. Incorporate interval training with your continuous training!. The more you run the better your legs will get in shape!. Just be sure you eat enough to maintain your current weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hired a personal trainer to work out with me 1 hour per day on only Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the change in my body was tremendous after only 3 months!.
Of course, he worked me until I puked sometimes!. My point is, it all depends on the intensity of the workout, as well as your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
