I would suggest a cleansing diet!. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month!. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins!. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things!. Over my life time I have tried them!. here are the facts!. Meal replacement drinks are a temporary fix!. they really dont teach you anything about nutrition or how to eat for the rest of your life in order to maintain and control your weight!. I would avoid them and just tailor yourself a lifelong plan using principles any of the major plans like Southbeach (Low GI) or Weight watchers, Reduced carb, smaller portions, switching to grilled fish, chicken or lean meats and steamed veggies, etc etc!. Plus make sure you add excercise for toning and getting that ticker in shape!.!. A healthy heart is as important as looking good!. Good luck on your endeavor!Www@Answer-Health@Com
