I need motivation or something?!

I feel really fat!. I'm a girl, 16, and weigh 146 pounds!. I've been trying to lose weight for years, but I gain it so easy! Sometimes I feel like an ugly failure and I don't know what to do!. The most I've ever weighed was 167, and my goal is 135, but I've lost those 21 pounds over the course of about 4 years!. I try to eat healthy low calorie foods, and exercise but I'm always too busy to worry about it!. What can I do to lose weight!? It's been stressing me out lately!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry, 146 lbs is NOT over weight!. Even if you are very short it is still not over weight!. Your not an ugly failure!. If you want to loose weight, just eat healthy foods like, salad!. I'm 16 as well and at school I usually just eat a salad!.!.!.!.No I don't!.!. But I did today! But yeah, eat salad!. It's okay to eat burgers and stuff once and a while just not too often!. just try to eat as healthy as you can, just don't be miserable while doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was always over weight growing up, I lost tons of weight in the military but it all came back and then some more!. I tried all the diets and nothing work!. A buddy told me that he was using this ladies book, so i tried!. I work great!. It teaches how to make good food choices!. It changes your food habits, which is the key to unlocking weight loss!. You are not overweight!

Besides eating 5 - 6 smaller, balanced meals a day and getting enough exercise, you can't do much else!.

If you are unhappy with your size, then you'll have to act to change it!. Meaning, switch something in your exercise routine, scrutinize your diet, drink enough water, etc!.
