Answers:
Not necessarily, but wouldn't you want to have the best diet to fuel your workouts to reach your potential!.

I wouldn't reccomend this butFor the first six months when I started working out i really didn't know much about nutrition!. I hit the gym then drink some beers, ate like crap basically pizza, chips, etc!. I didn't take any supplements but i ate a lot and I gained a lot of muscle !. but when i switched my diet up i saw amazing resultsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you do need a good diet for optimal results!. What's a good diet!? The equivalent of three balanced meals a day (broken up however you like), with a good mix of food groups!. You need a decent amount of protein and carbs, as well as a little fat, along with all the vitamins and minerals that keep everything running!. Eat your veggies!.

Nothing amazing here!. You don't need some special diet, just regular good food!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest you check out this book!. It helped me alot!. It allowed me to gain muscle and cut fat!. It shows you what to eat and explains how it helps!. It has tons of recipes so it is pretty easy to follow!. It is on this website but the book is at the bottom diet solution!. Check out the site www!.dietsolutionstoday!.com I think i paid 60 bucks for the book a couple months ago!. Good-luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, because without protein, you body will not have any essential amino acids to build muscle!. you cant build muscle without having had protein the day you use work out!. and carbs will be used as energy so your protein doesnt get used up as energy instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
