What is better?? bike or treadmill?!


Question: What is better!?!? bike or treadmill!?
What burns more calories and is a better workout!. Going on the bike for 30 min or on the treadmill for 30 min!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Great question and one that I'm frequently asked!. The answer is it depends on the intensity!. For example if you walk on the treadmill at a leisurely pace then the bike is better!. But if you just spin the peddles with barely any resistance on the bike BUT put the incline up on the treadmill and set it at 4mi/hr then the treadmill is better!. Does that make sense!? So there both good but its HOW you use them that makes them better!. Now the generic answer is the treadmill will usually burn more calories because its weight bearing bug again think about the intensity of your workout not the tool that your using!.

1st off eating right!.
take breads,pasats, dairy, sugars, bad fats off your diet!.
eat more salads everyday, grains, soy foods, veggies and all that good stuff!. Then at the same time take vitamins and exercise, i say tredmill, bike is more like wanting to excerise but being lazy at same time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I prefer treadmil, on a bike my thighs start to burn and i need to stop, while on a treadmil i can go on and on,

although the most burning exercise (calorie wise ) is jumping a rope!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
