Would doing ab workouts like this help at all?!


Question: Would doing ab workouts like this help at all!?
i workout w/ weights 3x a week and when i do im tired after to tired to do abs which i would do for 10-15mins!.!.would it be a good idea to do abs first thing in the morning for 10mins and say after dinner or should i eat right after i do abs just for 10mins not like an intense intenese workout so questions are would these 2 10min workouts be effective if i did them daily
and should i eat right after i do them is it necessary!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I would think that would work!. Everyone has abdominals, as you may know, they are just covered underneath a layer of body fat for some!. That's why cardio is very important in helping to show the abdominals!.

Strength-training basically makes the abs stronger and bigger, making them protrude out more!. If the abdominals aren't showing at 10% body fat, then more strength-training for your abdominals is needed!.

Two ten minute workouts would both still be breaking down the muscle fibers in your abdominals separately!. Just make sure you are consuming protein after both these times and a serving of high GI carbohydrates, a handful or two of raisins should be fine!.

As always, protein must be delivered to your muscles after workouts, and glycogen levels are depleted (not as much with only a 10-minute workout, so a handful of raisins is fine)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am like you in a way!. I have a really intense daily workout because of all of my soccer stuff!. If it were me, since you already do weights three times a week!. Try doing abs the another three days!. Also, don't only do crunches!. Make sure you do other things too!. To find out these different ways, try searching the web!. One last thing!. your abs are no different then any other muscle in your body!. if your looking to build your abs work them like any other muscle and don't neglect them!. remember you can't spot train because it doesn't work!. after your workouts you should take in some protein, no later than 30 minutes after!. hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try working your abs before your usual workout!. That way, you're at full power to train them hard!. In fact, I would suggest that you train them after you've completed your cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
