Question: How do I make myself less hungry at school!?
I'm always hungry in the morning at school!. I eat lunch at fricken 10:20am but i am still hungry before it!. it doesnt matter how much i eat im still always hungryWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a healthy breakfast!. Try oatmeal!. Bring a bottle of water with you, and just always drink out of it!. It helps to keep you full and makes you less hungry!. Make sure you're eating enough in the morning!. Eat healthy foods!. If you're not hungry in the morning, bring an apple with you to the bus, and eat it on the way to school!. It'll fill you up for a while!. Trust me!. I can eat one of those instead of a meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I found that when I was in high school, eating a 2 servings of hot oatmeal with fruit for breakfast kept me full until lunch!.

Always eat a good breakfast- no sugary cereal- porridge is good!. If you do get hungry eat a banana or an apple- filling and good for you!. Spirulina is an excellent appetite suppressant that is very good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat breakfast!. Whole wheat toast with peanut butter has both complex carbs and protein, so it will stay with you until lunch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
