3 weeks to tone up and loose weight...?!


Question: 3 weeks to tone up and loose weight!.!.!.!?
I would like to see a noticeable difference in my body in 3 weeks!. Is this possible!? I am not overweight in any way, just want to get rid of my belly and tone up all over!. I eat a pretty healthy diet at the moment and workout 3 to 4 times a week!.
I am going to be stepping it up a level and workout 5 - 6 times a week, and include weight training but I need a diet that is going to detox me but also give me enough energy to work out!.
I am not fussy when it comes to food and don't mind vegetarian ideas!.
Has anyone got a success story of a diet that has worked for them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

u ud definitly find the change!.!.!.for sure!.!.since i hav experienced this!.!.it might sound difficult to follow all these during ur busy schedule!.!.but if really wanted to reduce then go for it :) :)

1!.wake up early hours( set a target for a sound sleep for just 6 to 7 hrs)
2!.As u hav complaints about belly, do the work outs which are just related to reducing ur tummy!.
try out the posible ones in the corect directions as instructed(http://www!.shapefit!.com/great-abs-workou!.!.!.
chek for some exercises though internet, which are posible to be done at home!.
Never try to opt for Jim or any others wher machines are used, since once u r used to machines and later wen u ud like to stop that, ur weight increases drastically!.
2!.Before brushing, have near to 1/2 litre water
3!.brk fast : 3/4th of ur brkast shud include fruits and the remaining can be ur normal items!.
4!.do not comsume anything before lunch, if u r hungry, just finish it up with one full glass of juice or anything which dosent contain fatty items!.but make sure that u r not starving(forcibily killing ur hunger)!.
5!. Have a proper lunch(could be chapathi's and rice)!.
6!. Evening(either 1 glass of juice or anything which is non-fatty in nature(no gobi manchuri, golgappa, chats, sandwich and so on!.!.!.!.)
7!.have ur dinner at the earliest(say by 8 PM or 8: 30 PM)!. should be very less rice and chapathis(2) with less oil!.
8!.before u go 2 bed, make sure ther is atleast 1 Hr gap!.

I dont really have an answer for the food, and I realize you said you were working out, but a great way to tone your whole body is pole aerobics!. I know it may sound terrible, but you arent learning how to be an exotic dancer or anything, but you can work out your entire body from arms to abs to legs to calfs!. Its amazing!. Just an idea!.!. it works pretty quick as long as you stick with it for the couple of weeks!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look for Dr A!. Scott Connelly's book!. He just need four days of workout every week!. And you will not starve yourself to death to look good!. Worked a bit for me!. I'm just lazy!.!.!. Peace!Www@Answer-Health@Com
