Working out??????????!


Question: Working out!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I am a thin 16 year old boy and I never have enough time to go to the gym!. So every moring I do sit-ups and push ups!. Is this a good exercise!? Will I get results ( I would like to get at least a decent looking body) If so what kind of results ( please describe in detail or photos) How many sit-ups and push ups should I do!? Should I ad anything to my workout!? if so what!? How long does it normally take of doing this to get results!? Please keep in mind that I can`t go to a gym but is there anything else I could to get a great looking bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would add pull ups to develop back and shoulder muscles!. Additionally can you get some dumbbells!? To be balanced I would suggest doing some arm curls and tricep exercises as well!. If you exercise regularly you should see some results in a couple of months, but be sure to let your body rest too!. When you exercise, you break down muscle and your body rebuilds it to be stronger!. So you want to incorporate rest periods so this can happen!. You might do pushups and situps Mon-Wed-Fri, and do arm curls and pull ups tues-thurs, then take the weekend completely off!. That way you are alternating which muscle groups you are exercising and giving your body some rest on the weekend!. You will get better results doing this instead of working out the same way every single morning!. Also be sure to add some extra protein to your diet, maybe a shake with protein powder (I like egg white or whey) every morning!.
