Question: Is there a magic pill you know!?
I have sooooooooo much excess fat, 33% Body Fat on a small framed 5'2 is horrible I was 104 but now I gained 30lbs, and I am SO tired of diets and change ur lifestyle and baby steps nothing works!! is there appetite dereasing or stopping!? or a Mega FAT burner that has no bad effects!?!?

Don't get sucked in to the various ads that claim that just taking a pill or applying a cream or wearing a certain girdle will burn fat that easily!. If it truly were that easy, there wouldn't be as many obese people in the world!.
If you attempt to starve yourself in order to lose weight, you will fail!. You are going to have to put forth some effort!. It doesn't have to be an organized gym routine or a specific diet!. All foods are permissible in moderation!.
Be aware of your food choices and serving sizes!.
Substitute diet soda or water for regular soda or sugary drinks!.
Drink black coffee instead of coffee with cream and sugar!.
When you go to the grocery store or mall, park as far away from the entrance as possible!. The extra walking will do you good!.
Find things you can do to build muscle!. Building muscle burns fat!. Again, you do not have to go to the gym!.!.!.investigate on the internet (plenty of "frugal" sites) ways that you can invent a gym in your home!.

You are going to have to work!. Your goal should be a steady weight loss - 1 to 2 pounds per week!. You can do it!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need cardio + calorie deficit (500) + healthy foods!. I don't think you're as desperate as you claim, if you were you'd be eating healthy + doing cardio!. You can't be lazy and look good, it's sucks, deal with it and move on!.

Get your protein from lean chicken/turkey breast, eggs, nuts, and fish!. Carbs from fruits, vegetables, and whole grains!. Fats from natural peanut butter, nuts, eggs, and oils!. Register at http://fitday!.com to track yourself!.

Find your BMR and how much you burn from exercise, then eat 500 less!. Do 30-60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week!.

Eat 6 meals daily spaced 2-3 hours apart!. Drink water over everything!. Don't skip meals even when you're full and don't cheat!.

Throw your scale out, it causes so many people to fall off because they gain !.25 lbs after eating or they don't lose 20 lbs a week!. The mirror is more important than the scale!. If you look and feel good, who cares about the number!?

It's gonna suck at first, but once you get in the rythem of a healthy lifestyle after a few weeks, you won't even miss the junk and laziness, gl!.
