Is running a good way to slim down but not gain muscle or anything!.

Absolutely!. When I wanted to lose weight I started running and in a few week I saw the pounds coming off!. Last year at this time I was 35 pounds heavier, but because of running I lost that weight!. Also, enhance your diet a little to include healthier foods!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking or bicycling are easier on your body than running!. And I've been reading a lot about the benefits of adding protein to your diet!. Also adding fiber as most of us do not get enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
