Question: Physical Activity Survey for anyone 30 years of age or older!.!.please help!?
This is for my online personal fitness class!.Anyone who could please answer as many of the questions as possible would be greatly appreciated :]

What sports/physical activities did you participate in when you were younger!?

Which of the activities you previously listed would you say was your favorite!?


About how many hours of physical activity per week did you get as a child!?


Did your parents encourage you to get at least 20 minutes of physical activity per day!?


Did you have a Physical Education class in primary/middle school!? If so, describe it and state how often you had it!.


Do you participate in any adult sport leagues, hold a gym membership (and use it regularly), workout, or get any other form of weekly exercise now!?


How many hours of physical activity per week would you say you get now!?

Dancing - jazz & ballet, bowling, swimming in the summer

Not so precisely - but if I was watching TV on a Saturday afternoon, they might say, "Why don't you go outside & play!."

Did you have a Physical Education class in primary/middle school!? If so, describe it and state how often you had it!.

yes, I remember my middle school PE classes - it was everyday for two-thirds of the school year - the other third was an art class!. I remember playing soccer, hockey, square dancing, gymnastics, basketball!.!.!.

I have had a gym membership since 2000!. I hit the gym 5 - 6 days per week!. I do kickboxing, spinning & I lift weights!.

How many hours of physical activity per week would you say you get now!?

at least 6 hours

Do you feel like you get enough exercise!? If not, what would you say is holding you back from getting it!?

I believe the amount of exercise I do is quite sufficient to maintain my health!.

I'm kathryn and I'm 53 years old this year!.
Because of a dislocation of my left hip, I was only allowed to swim or walk!. Any thing else would put undue stress on my joints!. I went swimming a lot in the summer as we have a house in the Hampton's!.
During the winter I would swim twice a week at the YMCA for about an hour each day!. When I was in the Hampton's we would spend hours each day one the beach and swimming!. As an adult I'm on crutches and it's harder to walk and to get to any place where I can swim if I'm not in the Hampton's!. So I try to ride a stationery bike a half hour a day any more and my hip and back hurt from the arthritiss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
