I find this stupid, really.?!


Question: I find this stupid, really!.!?
I do 100 sit ups a day!.
I do a little yoga!.
a tiny bit of push-ups!.
Jumping jacks [100]
I'm a vegetarian!.
I love biking and any sports headed my way!. :P [even though I'm not all great at it or even good!.!.]
I walk to school, and I rarely have snacks!.
I rarely drink soda, if I do It's like!.!. twice a month!.
but everytime I look in the mirror, I look wickedly fat!.
What the hell am I suppost to do more to lose weight!.
you people might think I wanna become anorexic but, I never honestly lie about these things!.
I have stomach fat, thighs and back and butt!. )=
can someone give me advice to lose these!?
I'm nearly willing to take diet pills, any good ones out there!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, many people have weight problems and maybe you aren't fat but think you are!. It happened to friend of mine that would cry when she gained 1 lb of weight!. BMI isn't really helpful since some people have a higher bone density than others and are just heavier while having the same amount of fat as another person!. What you should do if you really want to lose that weight is start weight training!. Resistance training causes micro tears on your muscles, and in order to repair that muscle your body uses up energy and protein!. So, the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn because your body will use the food to repair the muscles instead of storing it as fat, and will burn fat in order to get the energy it needs to repair the muscle!. You will not get big from weight training unless you eat extraordinary amounts of food daily, which i guess you don't do!. If you need any more help just PM meWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how tall you are and how much you weigh!. If your BMI(body mass index) is out of the normal ranges then loose weight!. If your weight is fine then just cardio and toning is all you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on what type of vegetarian you are not all of them eat too much cheese!. I'm vegetarian, lost 15-20 lbs!. and its only been 9 months, I feel the same way- I do all these sports and no results!.

If you happen to be a ovo-lacto vegetarian you may not feel your getting results, but from many sources I heard if you eat lots of fattening proteins like peanut butter- it's not helping you!. Maybe if went to a vegan diet!?!?!?

It also might have to do with nationality- I'm African- American and we are built to be a little on the heavy side!. So are Latinos and some other races (not all- please don't judge me!.)

well, for starters, the vegetarian thing !.!.!. have you kept a food diary at all!? beans, nut, legumes, cheese, etc!. are full of carbs and fat relative to the amount of protein they provide !.!.!. also, refined carbs are pretty much like eating straight glucose - white rice, white bread, potatoes, white pasta !.!.!. all of that stuff is like eating sugar !.!.!.

next look at the dairy !.!.!. if you are casein intolerant, dairy will wreck your body as far as fat-looking !.!.!. i pressed several frustrated friends to kill the dairy !.!.!. those that finally went dairy and egg-free lost a minimum of 6 inches in 10 days !.!.!. it just does something funky to the body !.!.!. they only lost maybe a pound !.!.!. it is weird !.!.!. give it a shot !.!.!. try some low carb protein powders and see if that can help boost your metabolism !.!.!.

also, being that active make sure you are getting at least 10-12 eight ounce glasses of water each day and 8 hours of sleep each night !.!.!. both of these are essential for keeping your metabolism up !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
