Question about becoming healthy?!


Question: Question about becoming healthy!?
I am 15 years old, weigh 220 pounds, and I am 5'9 ft tall!. for the past month I have been running 1 mile each day, working out in the gym about 2-3 time a week, and eat well balanced meals including veg tables, meats, and fruits!. I rarely eat junk food and have joined my schools Tennis team!. Is this good, and will I become more healthy!.

I think you will definitely shape up and get your body in MUCH better shape!! It's great that you are making this commitment!. Try increasing mileage if you can each week!. I joined my XC team and in addition to P!.E!. workouts etc I feel AMAZING!. I'm almost 15 and want to look gorgeous for it! This is great! And you will DEFINITELY become more healthy!. I would like to say I'm very happy for you that you've made this choice and stayed true to it, for guys especially it seem sot be hard for them to commit to a healthier diet!. I don't mean they can never commit, I just mean that in general girls normally stick to healthier food (sometimes) because of figure purposes!. don't fall for any quick fixes - or anything "fad"-like!. You are well on the way and don't need to do anything other than what you say you are doing!.

If you are not feeling healthy based on what you are doing and the fact that you say you are eating healthy, then please go to your doctor!. There may be a underlying issue!.

Make sure the meats you are eating are lean and without the skin!. Have you tried adding fish!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
