Question: How many should I curl and how much!? ( Dumbbells )!?
Im 13 turning 14 in November and want to know how much I should curl because i need to build muscle for football!. I weigh 105 and I want to be a corner-back or a wide receiver!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i suggest that you focus on developing more than just your biceps, they are virtually worthless for football!. additionally, develop the opposing muscles too (chest and back, bicep and tricep, etc) and you will grow faster!. another bonus of building opposing muscles and groups is that you won't end up being misshapen and have poor posture (how many men have you seen with large chests and arms that are pulled forward!? they didn't develop their backs along with their chests)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bicep curls can be dangerous if your using a weight that's too heavy or your working them excessively!. If you've had no experience with weight training I recommend you start with a small weight and work your way up to a heavier one!.
